As a fiduciary Mike’s obligation is to represent clients’ interests above his own. He consults with clients to provide a completely personalized experience – no one's particular situation is the same so we must listen to clients' objectives and tailor our approach to ensure we reach clients' goals as smoothly as possible.

He prides himself on outstanding personal service and communication. Sellers want to know showing metrics, feedback, and where they stand against the competition on a consistent basis. Post-showing seller feedback and constant communication sets him apart and makes clients feel more comfortable that they are positioned correctly in the market.

For buyers, Mike employs a consultative approach to identify "the one" home for each buyer. In addition to traditional MLS searching, he leverages connections in the brokerage community and scours exclusive pre- and off-market databases to ensure buyer clients are getting the first look at properties before they hit the market – some properties the public never sees!

Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, and being outdoors.
