Client Challenge

Our clients owned this head-turning 7-acre estate for 40 years. During this stretch, they lovingly undertook 3 major renovations — including a facelift transforming it into the Italianate manor it is today, a sweeping expansion, and the addition of a lofty guest house, studio, & custom garage. The only problem? As unique as the property was, when my clients attempted to sell several times over the past decade with the help of some of the area’s top brokers, they came up empty. In fact, the property once sat on the market for an entire year.

The Skyline Solution

 When we took over this listing in late 2024, the first thing we did was size up the main issue standing in the way of the sale: signs of visible disrepair. From a broken window to dead bugs and the smell of gas, the home was in dire need of some TLC. Enter the Skyline Group’s meticulous attention to detail — we re-painted and cleaned up throughout, fixed the gas leak, re-graded the driveway, and brought in a landscaping team to maximize the property’s curb appeal.
