Founded by Mike Gaffney, a real estate broker since 2009, Skyline Group Charlottesville also includes operations and marketing director, Hannah Anderson. After years of visiting family in the Charlottesville, Virginia area, Mike fell in love with the area. A lover of the outdoors, history, National Parks, and the food & beverage scene, it was only fitting that Mike formed The Skyline Group to expand Compass’s vast reach to cover Charlottesville and Central Virginia.

These days, Mike Gaffney’s typical clients are move-up buyers and sellers, selling their first or second homes and purchasing a home to start a family or enter the luxury market.

Gaffney started his real estate career in 2009 and learned a great deal during those difficult, early years. “After leasing for a while, my business naturally evolved into sales,” he says. “I began to view real estate as a career and went full steam ahead to build a business.”
